Having managed tens of thousands of properties, PMI is the expert in residential property management. 在准备好了过程中, we analyze and assess your property, making recommendations for ideal marketability. 从那里, we gather high quality property photos, display signage where appropriate, and engage the use of technology to maximize showings. Once that is set up, we advertise on the PMI Syndicated Network, both locally and nationally.


SELECT
Once the property is 准备好了, we SELECT a qualified resident to lease your property. We start this step with a professional showing to prospective residents. Applicants will then be taken through our advanced screening process which uses industry-best technology to properly screen each applicant. At PMI, we never lose sight of getting the lease signed and the property occupied. PMI adheres to fair housing requirements when selecting residents.


保护
Managing your property through industry leading accounting, 维护, and communication will 保护 your asset into the future. We use best practices when it comes to on-time rent collection and promise to manage each property as if it’s our own. Property owners can rest assured knowing that they will get their funds transferred to them electronically each month after rent is received and receive accurate accounting of all income and expenses. If there is any 维护 required, we’ve got you covered. Our licensed and insured vendors will take care of it.


更新
准备好了的结果, SELECT, 保护 is a quality tenant who is likely to 更新 their lease and enhance the return on your investment. The 更新al process starts well in advance of lease expiration. We analyze the resident's payment performance, assess the property condition and conduct a market analysis (for any updates on the rental price). When the lease is 更新ed, we bring the property back to 保护. If a new resident is required, we 准备好了 the property again, to put back on the market.
